Well damn, dude, good luck with all that. I know how much inflexible deadlines impeded by illness can suck. I lost a whole letter grade because i bust out a flu during exam week.

Because I’m from Europe and San Diego Comic Con is entirely _not_ on my schedule, so I keep forgetting it as your deadline. Sorry about that…

Shit, what’s new.

They screwed up 3 surgeries on my dad’s back.

If you know a man whose last name is Failings, call for him. He’s the guy that basically fixes up all the loose ends in Canadaland. Not too sure if he can get over to the United City States of America, but he was the one who did the last surgery, and did it RIGHT.

“Either way, we as your fans can certainly wait.”

As nice as that is, San Diego Comic con can’t.

Hah, I know exactly how that is, Bobby. My left lung collapsed for the second time about a year and a half ago, so I had to go through surgery to have it surgically attached to my chest wall. I was supposed to be out of the hospital in 4 days. I was -lucky- to get out after 4 WEEKS.

Hospitals suck ass. Here’s hoping they quit being stupid douches and get you fixed up!

Why do people keep saying things like this? Need to go to print by the 27th in order to have the book at the San Diego Comic-Con. Can’t lengthen it a bit. Firm deadline. And if it’s not at San Diego then that would be insanely disgusting and I probably wouldn’t even bother going to San Diego.

That doesn’t sound good… I hope it works out, somehow.
As for the new pages, if it’s that tight a schedule, maybe you should lengthen it a bit in order not to stress yourself that much. You know, stress is not good for your regeneration abilities.

This hospital is trying to kill me — fucked up the surgery and now who knows what’s wrong — still in the hospital, doubt I’m ever leaving. Three new pages are done and now we pretty much need like 12 pages up in the next 12 days here.
