This further proves your brilliance. To be able to write such different stories, and write them so well, shows astounding ability. You also seem to have a knack for finding artists who style fits the plot marvelously. Drinking blood actually makes a lot of sense. It has tons of nutritional value: proteins, minerals etc. already in the blood itself, plus all the glucose and other food it carries between the cells. “Normal” cultures don’t drink blood because, well, it is kind of gross. We also have a gag reflex if we taste too much human blood (don’t know if it would still work with non-human blood, depends on how different it tastes, I suppose). Also, as Bill M. Mentioned, the Bible does ban drinking blood, of any animal. Whether this fits into the “don’t eat pork” category of rules, which were sort of negated after Christ, I don’t know.
